Entrance to the Museum

The online booking of the entrance ticket to the Museum is not mandatory but just recommended.

The entrance ticket can be purchased directly at the Museum, by debit or credit card (it cannot be purchased in cash), and online at shopmuseomarta.it
In the case of purchasing a ticket for multiple visitors, it is advisable to make a single booking operation for all participants in the visit, to ensure entry in the same time slot.

The visit lasts 120 minutes and the entrance at 7:00 pm lasts only 30 minutes.
From Tuesday to Saturday the Museum is open from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, the last admission is at 7:00 pm.
On Monday, the entrance is reserved for groups and is open from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, the last entrance is at 5:30 pm.

Please note that in the event of a waiver by the user or an incorrect purchase, there is no refund of the ticket price paid. Furthermore, there is no refund for those tickets, which have been purchased but not collected. Once confirmed, reservations cannot be changed.
