Civic Library "Pietro Acclavio"

Registration to the "Pietro Acclavio" Civic Library is free and open to all. It is the prerequisite for access to services, with the exception of participation in cultural initiatives. It is valid for one year and the expiry date coincides with the date of birth of the holder. It is possible to register online from this page or directly on site. Requirements: an identity document and domicile in Italy are sufficient to receive the valid card in all the libraries of the System.
Minors can register in the presence of a parent or by presenting their identity document and a written proxy from a parent or adult reference, accompanied by a photocopy of the identity document.

Registration Requirements and Conditions

To make a registration request, the following data is required:

Name and surname;
Date and place of birth;
Residence;
Fiscal Code;
Identity document;

All data provided will be treated in compliance with the privacy legislation. Registration authorizes the System and the libraries to send you communications relating to the services, courtesy notices, reminders and reminders.

NB: By sending the form, the applicant asks to be admitted to the use of the library services and declares to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the service and the information pursuant to art. 13 EU Reg. 2016/679 below.

How to apply for admission

The applicant declares:
1. To be aware of the responsibilities, including of a criminal nature, provided for in the event of failure, late or incomplete return of the work;
